Terms of Service
Internet Services
The Services include: unlimited Internet dial-up access, e-mail
capability for up to six (6) e-mail addresses, access to B2BLaw.org
legal portal, legal referral services. All Services are provided
on an industry standard basis only, subject to the limitations of,
and changes to, the IP network and any relevant LEC. Customer assumes
total responsibility for use of the Services, and accesses the Services
at his/her own risk. The Services are provided without warranties
of any kind, either express or implied. The complete Internet Service
and benefits access are $29.95 per month, billable at the beginning
of each month. There is a thirty (30) day free trial period for
the Services. During this time, you may access the Legal Portal
and the Internet at no cost to you. After thirty (30) days,as per
your prior verbal authorization obtained on the day of contact,
the monthly charge will be billed to your business phone bill, typically
appearing under the Miscellaneous Charges and Credits portion of
your bill. The heading or description of the services will be B2B
Advantage, or NOL, National Online Services, or an abbreviation
thereof. There is no term commitment; you may cancel the Services
at any time. To cancel Service, you must contact our customer care
department by any of the following methods: by telephone, call 1-800-511-0701;
by email, to customercare@b2b advantage.net; or by U.S. Mail, to
PO Box 600780, Miami, FL 33160. If the cancellation request is received
after the free trial period has elapsed, you are responsible for
the cost of the Services up to the end of the current billing cycle.
B2B Advantage reserves the right to deny or withhold the provision
of Services at its sole discretion; all fees collected from affected
members (if any) will be prorated and credited back to the Customer,
for that period of time (if any) that might remain in a billing
cycle after the date that service was denied, terminated or withheld.
Internet service provider (ISP) charges are considered enhanced
telecommunications services. You have the right to dispute enhanced
telecommunication service charges billed on your telephone bill.
As a telephone service subscriber, you are not legally responsible
for enhanced telecommunications service charges incurred by minors
or vulnerable adults without your consent. Neither a long distance
company nor a local service provider may disconnect your local telephone
or long distance service because you refuse to pay an enhanced telecommunications
service charge. Enhanced telecommunications service providers may
employ other agencies to collect delinquent service charges, even
if your local service provider has previously adjusted them from
your telephone bill.
Epixtar Rx Plan
The Epixtar Rx Plan may provide significant discounts for many of
its members' prescriptions. By using the Epixtar Rx Plan prescription
membership card you will always pay the lower of either the pharmacy
price or the Epixtar Rx Plan price. Customer assumes total responsibility
for the use of the Epixtar Rx Plan and accesses the Plan at his
or her own risk. The Plan is provided without warranties of any
kind, either express or implied. As part of your B2B Advantage Services,
the Epixtar Rx Plan may be used by presenting your card to a participating
pharmacy for new and/or refill prescriptions. Neither B2B advantage,
nor the plan administrator, are providers of prescription drugs.
The Epixtar RX Plan is not insurance. Each Plan member is responsible
for paying for their own prescriptions. Hearing Services Benefit:
The Hearing Services Benefit guarantees the lowest prices on name
brand hearing aids. Members may call the toll free number or click
the appropriate link to speak with an on-staff audiologist who can
assist with selecting the best hearing products available. The Hearing
Services Benefit is provided without warranties of any kind, express
or implied. B2B Advantage and the Plan Administrator are not providers
of hearing aids. The Customer assumes total responsibility for use
of the Hearing Services Benefit. The Benefit is not insurance. Each
user is responsible for the payment of his or her own hearing aids
and related products.
Travel Services
This program entitles members to a full range of travel services
including hotel, motel and resort reservations, for business or
leisure, plus rental car reservation and after-hours emergency assistance.
Members may register online via the travel web site or call customer
service at the toll free number. Customer assumes total responsibility
for using the travel services. The services are provided without
warranties of any kind, express or implied. Neither B2B Advantage
nor the Plan Administrator are providers of travel services. Each
member is responsible for the payment of their own travel needs.
Legal Services
Neither B2B Advantage, nor the plan administrator, Legal Club of
America Corporation, are providers of legal services or law firms.
This legal services program is not insurance. Legal matters in states
where the program is not available are excluded. The hiring of a
lawyer is an important decision. Before you decide to hire any lawyer
to whom you may be referred, please ask the lawyer for written information
about the lawyer's qualifications and experience. All legal services
benefits are administered by Legal Club of America Corporation.
Neither B2B Advantage nor Legal Club of America Corporation guarantee
the quality or quantity of legal services that may be provided by
participating plan attorneys. Each planmember is responsible for
paying all legal fees incurred directly to their plan attorney.
Neither B2B Advantage nor Legal Club of America Corporation are
liable to indemnify or reimburse planmembers for any attorney fees
or costs generated by the planmember. In the rare event that the
plan administrator cannot find a participating attorney that will
comply with the published fee schedule for any given member, the
member's only recourse is the refund of their membership fee. Program
